When I first met Joe through my husband, I was convinced I knew what I was doing in the gym and the best way to tone up. He opened my eyes to muscle groups, which I hadn’t ever considered and explained to me the importance of my core. I saw a huge change in my overall fitness and strength in a short space of time with the changes he introduced to my regime. My workouts were more varied, and definitely more fun. (not your average pad work)

Clients can expect to learn and develop basic boxing fundamentals, footwork, and upper body movement skills, Tactical pad work using a body protector and focus mitts for striking and to simulate fighting patterns. A full body conditioning circuit can be a part of the session.

My analytical skills and motivation techniques will help you to develop the skill set and the body you desire.


  • Sessions are available at a fully equipped boxing gym in SW London with all equipment provided. 

  • can also take place in Parks, at your home or personal space

  • Adults - no age or gender restrictions

  • Children’s sessions available from 8 years and above – A parent or guardian must be present

  • Sessions are non-contact unless all parties agreed upon

  • Have the peace of mind of a qualified and insured instructor


Working out with Joe was fun and brought the best out of me, during a tough time, while going through injuries. He pushed me to the limit and helped me to remain focused on reaching my goals. high intensity training

Sessions evolve around running drills and circuit training focused on stregthening and toning all major muscles as well as decreasing body fat. Equipment includes - TRX, aglilty ladders, weights and bands, medicine balls etc. We can train outdoors or the convience of your home.


The training with Joe has been rewarding. The outdoor HITT workouts help me control my weight and decrease my body fat as well as reducing my stress levels. When on holidays and playing annual sports events I have noticed other benefits such as improved fitness, flexibility and core strength. Joe is good fun to talk to I enjoy our discussions in between breaks about sports and general stuff. Overall I feel much better physically, mentally after the session.
