Boxing training

(not your average pad work)

Clients can expect to learn and develop basic boxing fundamentals, footwork, and upper body movement skills, Tactical pad work using a body protector and focus mitts for striking and to simulate fighting patterns. A full body conditioning circuit can be a part of the session.

My analytical skills and motivation techniques will help you to develop the skill set and the body you desire.


  • Sessions are available at a fully equipped boxing gym in SW London with all equipment provided. 

  • can also take place in Parks, at your home or personal space

  • Adults - no age or gender restrictions

  • Children’s sessions available from 8 years and above – A parent or guardian must be present

  • Sessions are non-contact unless all parties agreed upon

  • Have the peace of mind of a qualified and insured instructor
